So, I have to grudgingly accept the fact I am limited with hooping right now. No lifts, arm hooping, none of that stuff since I have gone into physical therapy for my left shoulder.
Still, an idea struck me. This is an excellent time to work on hooping in my OPPOSITE current.
I’m horrible in my opposite current. I really need the practice and this is a great time to make lemonade with the pile of lemons I have right now.
I’m making the best of a crummy situation. It’s time turn my attention to what I CAN do, not what I CAN’T. It’s time to work on my opposite current.
